Soloists David Wilson-Johnson (Elijah), Katherine Broderick (Soprano), Claire Bradshaw (Mezzo-Soprano) and Thomas Walker (Tenor) join the OBC, Principal Conductor Nicholas Cleobury and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra for a performance of Mendelssohn's celebrated oratorio. There will also be a pre-concert talk entitled 'Did Elijah kill Mendelssohn?' given by Michael Foster (B.Mus, LLB, MPhil). The talk will begin at 18.35 in the Sheldonian and all ticket holders are welcome to attend.
